What gets measured
The Big Five is the most widely used model in personality science. Decades of studies, in many countries, found that most of the ways people differ can be grouped into five broad traits.
Later research, known as the HEXACO model, added a sixth: Honesty-Humility, about fairness and modesty. Each dimension is a scale with two ends. Neither end is good or bad.

Anonymous by design
No names. No awkward conversations. Just patterns.
Anonymity is built into the database, not just hidden on the screen. Answers are stored with no link to who wrote them, and results only update in small groups so nobody can be singled out.
You will never see:
Results appear only after 3 people answer. After that, they update only when 2 more people answer. Comments appear after 5.
